Montara to Build a New Residential Community in Thailand

Montara Hospitality Group said it will develop a new residential community in Phuket, Thailand. The Thai developer said it is going to invest THB 6,600 million (USD 220 million) in the development named Tri Vananda, that will feature 298 villas, to be a new high-end living community on the island.
